Good
Rooms and hotel were very clean. Staff very friendly and happy to help.
TV reception was poor. Also didn't like the way the AC remote was bolted to the wall. Could not adjust fan speed so it was on full the entire time. Overall it was a comfortable room.

Good
The staff were friendly and helpful. Coffee is good.
The mattress on the bed on room 701 is worn out and needs replacing. The breakfast is the same everyday and some items like fried egg are in a cold tray and not kept warm. The air conditioning unit works as well as it can but is inadequate to cool the room.

Very satisfactory
. Stayed a night prior to hospital admissions Very convenient location to the hospital, clean, quiet comfortable but basic. I would guess most all of the patrons were there for the hospital. Reasonable parking adjacent the Hotel
The breakfast was included with a very good priced room. So it's not a moan but l couldnt in all honesty say it was quality. Adequate quantity though.
